EMS Becomes LST in 2008
The new LST tax will replace EMS in 2008. The main changes are that the tax will be prorated and withheld with each pay period as opposed to once annually. There is an exemption form that your employees may complete and submit to you if they anticipate their annual income to be less than $12,000 per year. PayUSA will make the necessary changes to your payroll automatically. We do ask that when you receive your new LST forms you contact us with your account ID, collector name and confirm your municipality. You may fax this information to 610-337-2072.We've Moved!
