• Every pay period, PayUSA will compute the payroll taxes, notifiy you of the amount on your Tax Liability report (included with each payroll), and deduct the tax liabilities from your account.
• Every deposit period, PayUSA will submit all payments for federal withholding and unemployment, state withholding and unemployment, social security, medicare, disability and local payroll taxes (if applicable).
• Preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns on a quarterly and annual basis. PayUSA will file all returns and provide you with a copy for your records.
• On site experienced tax liason who interacts regularly with tax authorities on behalf of our clients.
